Healthy ways to make your hair grow fast?

Ok, so my hair is just about at my sholders, and i bleached it at the beggining of this month and my hair has already grown out about 1/5 and inch. I die my hair alot. But im not going to do that anymore (i dont even remember my natural color). Even though i die my hair atleast once every two months, its amazingly healthy. Does anyone know any at home tricks, or shampoo or ANYTHING (besides pills) that will make it grow faster? Oh, and someone said something to me about weather making it grow faster, i dont know bout that, but just in case, i live in AZ

Well, I have found a lot of sites that have been a great help. Some of the tips I have found is to wash your hair with vinegar. I know this sounds gross, but trust me, it will make your hair healthier, and gives it a great shine. Massaging your roots is good, and getting it trimmed at least once a month is good too. Also, stop using all those dyes. Your hair will look amazingly healthy after a while, and you will be able to notice the results.

Hi. Taking a multivitamin works. Also taking a hair vitamin will work too. An example is GNC healthy hair skin and nails. Eating more fruits and vegetables is good too, and for some reason, eating flax seeds does well. Drink lots of water. Your hair needs it. I only use shampoos (rarely) and conditioners that dont have alot or no chemicals in it. Maybe that might work for you. These are the websites that I buy from:

www.honeyfig.com

www.johmasters.com

www.naturallycurly.com

www.aphogee.com

www.jessicurl.com

www.curls.biz

www.longlovelylocks.com

www.janecartersolution.com

Maybe you could take a look at the conditioners and shampoos. There are also 100% essential oil blends on these websites that you can apply to the scalp and massage it in to stimulate hair growth. Hope this helps. God bless.
