I'm in the same boat. What I'm doing is, in addition to taking Biotin, trying to stimulate my hair follicles, and increase blood flow to my scalp. Using Peppermint Oil, just add a few drops to the amount of shampoo you use every day and massage it in REALLY good. Spend 5-10 minutes just massaging. It feels great and smells vaguely like mint when you rinse it out, too!

Although I'm pretty sure you won't grow an inch per month no matter what you do, this should help it grow a little healthier.
