I heard it does, but idk, I have hair that is CONSIDERED long, but it is only like 2 inches below my shoulders IF THAT!! So.. yeah, I want to get it really long, like probably like 7 inches above my waist.. so yeah, idk, but does it? and if it doesn't, is there any way to make your hair grow faster. and BE NICE lol

If you want to occasionally take a break from relaxers and heat styling, I would suggest getting big cornrows for a few weeks when you are due for a touch-up - this will help extend the time between relaxers and keep your hair from getting over-processed.

Otherwise, I would really suggest just conditioning, moisturizing, and wearing your hair up and leaving it alone. Take vitamins, drink lots of water, and don't mess with your hair (no heat).

Try vitamins and switching your shampoo and conditioner because using the same products on your hair trains it to that particular product I heard switching hair care products makes it grow and healthier because it's not relying on the exact same product each time you care for your hair it is becoming strong on it's own.
