I get it. You mean you do not want to use any non-vegetarian diets or such a prescription to have healthy hair...Try the following:

1. Drink lots of water....atleast 7-10 glasses a day.

2. Use mild shampoos and avoid add-on creams and gels!

3. Eat a lot of fruits and protien rich food...green leafy vegetables...

I guess the above must help you get better hair growth....

Who told you that vegetarians can not grow hair? Was that a wives tail that your mother told you in order to get you to eat meat? How many bald/hairless/or albino vegetarians do you know? None of those stories are true.
