I'm an african american female, 18 years old and my hair is under a lot of stress! It all started 2 years ago when I started taking birth control (deprovera), my hair was coming out left and right and on top of that, i have a really bad habit of pulling my hair out from the follicle strand by strand under stress. i have no idea what got me to start doing this but i'm really trying to stop. i started 2 years ago and i'll stop for some period of time and start back up again! i recently purchased dr. miracles but i hate the greasy build up, i usually don't even use grease on my hair because my hair is full of volume and body when i don't use it and i love the look. but i would like my hair to grow! i recently purchased biotin.. i've been taking it for 2 weeks now. anyone experience some actual results from this? does anyone have the problem of pulling out hair? any suggestions with that? HELP!
