i just had my long hair cut and i want to grow it bak so im not having my hair cut but my hair grows VERRY slowly and i need it to be long i miss my long hair but i dont need it to be thiker

Vitamins will help. Also, there are alot of long hair shampoos %26amp; conditioners on the market now. It may just be my imagination, but it did seem to make my hair grow faster when I used the Long %26amp; Strong shampoo %26amp; conditioner by Garnier. Conditioner will make the ends healthier and therefore enable you to go a little longer between trims. (But don't forget trims all together. shorter healthy hair is much more pretty than long stringy scraggly hair that is untrimmed and unkempt)

There is a brand of vitamins called Hairtopia, you can try that. Also, just take normal mulitvitamin pills. I oil my hair twice a week for healthiness.

You could try vitimins [as the previous answers have stated]. Also, if you want it to be healthy as well, do NOT wash it everyday. There are natural oils that are produced in your hair that give it luster and natural nutrients. If you want it to grow faster, then get it trimed every 6-8 weeks. Although that will cut off a little of what you've already grown, it will allow for your hair to continue growing at the same speed. By cutting it, you eliminate slip-ends, which are a reason that hair does not grow at its full potential.

I don't know about hair products, but pre-natal vitamins do it -- hair and nails grow like weeds! Not sure how you'd get a scrip for Citrical or something like it, but look into vitamins and supplements that have calcium (...I think).

I see all of your answers are vitamins. Just thought I would let you know about Mane n' Tail shampoo/conditioner. You can buy it at most grocery stores on the shampoo isle. It's for horses but works on human hair just as well. It's supposed to keep your hair shiny, thick and grow long really fast. I used to use to all the time. It's not very expensive and comes in huge bottles. give it a try, you won't be dissappointed! :)

umm.... wild growth is not that great and it smells... what you really need to do is focus on the health of the hair that you've already got! I'm in the same boat. What I'm doing is, in addition to taking Biotin, trying to stimulate my hair follicles, and increase blood flow to my scalp. Using Peppermint Oil, just add a few drops to the amount of shampoo you use every day and massage it in REALLY good. Spend 5-10 minutes just massaging. It feels great and smells vaguely like mint when you rinse it out, too!

Although I'm pretty sure you won't grow an inch per month no matter what you do, this should help it grow a little healthier.
